Our Firm
We provide support in all areas of Intellectual Property Law, especially in patent, trademark, utility model, design, licensing and unfair competition law as well as in all related fields. In these areas of law we represent our clients in the prosecution and enforcement (litigation) of their intellectual property rights, including in patent infringement cases and defending against third partys in opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings.
Our main office is located in Munich, seat of the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Federal Patent Court. Our offices are conveniently located in the city centre of Munich in close vicinity to the District Court (Landgericht) and the Court of Appeal (Oberlandesgericht) as well as to the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office.Our second office is in Jülich, close to the cities of Cologne, Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) and Düsseldorf, and is convenient to the branch office of the European Patent Office in The Hague in The Netherlands, the District Court (Landgericht) and the Court of Appeal (Oberlandesgericht) of Düsseldorf.
